Job Description Dad Matters Coordinator: Home-Start Bradford District (HSBD), The Thornbury Centre, Leeds Old Road, Bradford, BD3 8JX. Hours of work: 24 hours/week each. Potential flexibility of hours. Salary: £20588 – £22353 (£30024 – 32597 FTE, equiv. to SCP15-20) dependent on experience. Responsible to: CEO, Home Start Bradford Responsible for: Dad Matters volunteers (to be recruited) Workplace: The Thornbury Centre, with regular travel across Bradford Start date: ASAP Term: This is currently a fixed-term post to the end of March 2027. The intention is for it to continue as a permanent role, contingent on securing funding. Purposes of the job The Dad Matters Coordinators will deliver a range of universal and targeted interventions for male parents during the first 1001 days. They will support dads and other male carers with attachment and bonding, mental health and access to services.
