The volunteer preparation course starts on Tuesday 17 September 2024 and will run for six weeks on Tuesdays as follows:

You will learn so much including:
- Welcome, Introduction and role
- Values & attitudes; communication
- Supporting parents & meeting the needs of children
- Confidentiality and diary sheets
- Safeguarding children
- Bringing the course to a close & expenses
A catch-up session will be available for any missed modules.

Each volunteer will need to have completed an application form (including providing contact details to obtain two references) had an interview and provided documents for a DBS check.
